The residence card
The residence card, during its validity period, confirms the identity of the foreigner during his stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland and entitles, together with the travel document, to multiple border crossings without the need to obtain a visa.
Additionally, the residence card is a residence permit which, apart from a valid Polish national visa, entitles its holder to travel within the territories of other Schengen Member States for a period not exceeding 90 days during each 180-day period.
Use our help and get a temporary residence permit due to:
- work;
- performing work in a profession requiring high qualifications (Blue Card);
- running a business;
- marriage with a Polish citizen;
- studies and learning;
- internship;
- volunteering;
- stay with the family;
- the status of a university graduate looking for a job;
- other circumstances;
- being a family member of an EU citizen.
Apply with us also for long-term resident of the EU and permanent residence.
Work permit
Performing work in accordance with the law is very important both from the point of view of the foreigner and the entity entrusting him with the performance of work. A foreigner who performs work contrary to the provisions may be punished with a fine of not less than 1,000 zloty and a decision obliging him to return is issued. An entity entrusting a foreigner with illegal performance of work is exposed to criminal liability.
We will take care of the formalities related to obtaining:
- type A, B, C, D, E work permits;
- seasonal work permits;
declarations on entrusting the performance of work at the Labor Office.
Polish citizenship
You don’t have to wonder how to get Polish citizenship.
We also offer help and support in this procedure.
You can obtain Polish citizenship in two ways:
- Submitting an application to the President of the Republic of Poland – Polish citizenship is granted by the President of the Republic of Poland. A foreigner may submit an application for granting Polish citizenship through the Voivode competent for his place of residence.The president has the right to grant Polish citizenship at his discretion.
- Recognition as a Polish citizen – Polish citizenship may be granted on the basis of an application to the Voivode competent for the foreigner’s place of residence. A foreigner, however, must have been continuously in Poland for at least 3 years, have a long-term resident’s residence permit or a permanent residence permit. It is also necessary to have a certificate confirming the knowledge of Polish at the B1 level.
We will verify your documents, provide you with substantive support and arrange all formalities for you.
